President Leads EPA, WHRC, DOE, NASA and Courts to Land Grabs

This entry is part 3 of 4 in the series Agenda 21

President Obama, under the long arms of his EPA, the White House Rural Council (WHRC), the Department of Education (DOE) and NASA, is quietly and steadily  promoting the UN’s Agenda 21.  The President quietly leads his team, along with the lower court system,  in a UN favored move to grab privately-owned land. Our government wants our land because “the community” needs it. “Communitarianism” is the governing philosophy of Agenda 21 and all is fair as long as it’s in the interest of “the community.”

What is “communitarianism?” The UN’s Agenda 21 believes “communitarianism” is the ‘balancing’ or subjugating of individual rights to the “more righteous” needs of the community. Social equity is a cornerstone of Agenda 21’s “sustainable development” theme. The groundwork for sustainable development has become firmly entrenched in America. Proponents for sustainable development and communitarianism now occupy key positions in local, city, county and state planning offices. Supporters can be found amongst major developers and contractors who depend upon planning supervisors to get their developments approved. We are, in fact, in the end game of Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 was birthed in the 70s but it was formally christened in 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. President Bush signed on to its tenets just after its baptism. President Clinton signed on later and really gave it the push that sent the program rocketing across America. Hillary Clinton wrote her best-selling book, ‘It Takes a Village,’ promoting Agenda 21′s fundamentals in a non-threatening, community-pleasing way.

Agenda 21 has been approved by more than 150 member nations. As of 1998 more than 73% of the nations supporting Agenda 21 had created a “National Coordinating Body,” which is one of the Agenda 21’s 32 specific objectives. President Clinton created the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) in 1993 with his signing of Executive Order 12852. His 25 appointees were specifically tasked to “advise the President on matters involving sustainable development.” The UN’s report on U.S. progress toward UN objectives stated,

“The PCSD was conceived to formulate recommendations for the implementation of Agenda 21.”

The UN report continued,

“The fundamental objective of the Council was to forge a consensus among the various stakeholders (government, business and industry, private citizens, non-profits, labor, etc.) and create a viable sustainable development strategy that articulated the interests and concerns of all groups.”

Our federal agencies, under the leadership of President Obama, are now using the “consensus” approach to circumvent Congress, the law and our Constitution with its specific 5th Amendment guarantees:

“nor shall any person . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.”

President Clinton’s support for Agenda 21 was followed in kind with similar support by President George W. Bush who continued the PCSD with his own appointees and what he called his “Smart Growth” program. “Smart Growth” comes directly from Al Gore’s playbook. It is about eliminating urban sprawl. “Smart Growth” is about population control. It is about creating high-density urban centers, tiny houses, condominium living over retail centers with little to no parking for private vehicles. It’s about high city parking fees, bicycle promotion and tax structures based upon miles driven and tolls on highways and bridges paid for long ago.

President Obama has taken Agenda 21’s goals to heart and has extended government control over private property through Executive Order 13575. His establishment of the White House Rural Council (WHRC) is his newest attempt to garner another Nobel Peace Prize. His devotion to the UN’s Agenda 21 principles should have the Nobel selection committee swooning in liberal love for its lofty social engineering principle of “communitarianism.” The WHRC appointed 25 cabinet level officials and other agency department heads to take control and to regulate America’s rural lands and communities. One of the specific missions of the WHRC is to:

“coordinate and increase the effectiveness of Federal engagement with rural stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, small businesses, education and training institutions, health-care providers, telecommunications services providers, research and land grant institutions, law enforcement, State, local, and tribal governments, and nongovernmental organizations regarding the needs of rural America.”

The language used in Obama’s Executive Order 13575, the authority given, and the methods to implement Agenda 21’s goal of “communitarianism” are brilliantly laid out in his undercover plan to circumvent Congress. Congress never approved Agenda 21’s tenets though its support is growing at the local levels of government. Nancy Pelosi and others in Congress tried but failed in 1992 to pass a House Continuing Resolution (353) which would have required the U.S. to:

“Reform all domestic and foreign policy to adhere to the agreements of the Earth Summit, develop a national strategy to implement Agenda 21, and regularly report to the United Nations our progress on that path.”

Pelosi tried again in 1993 when she introduced House Joint Resolution 166 which renewed her call for the U.S. to “assume a strong leadership role in implementing . . . Agenda 21 and other Earth Summit agreements.” It was then, six months after Bill Clinton took office, that he passed Executive Order 12852 establishing his President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD).

America, ever since, has been hell-bent to move forward with piecemeal implementation of Agenda 21’s subjugation of individual property rights in the interest of “communitarianism.” “Mixed-use” zoning regulations have expanded government control over most city and many residential and rural community lands. The goal is to build retail stores on the ground level and condominiums on the floors above them in an effort to eliminate driving. Redevelopment Agencies often float bonds without voter approval which taxpayers have to pay back. The bonds finance the construction of the development and, naturally, the contracts to build them go to builders and contractors who support Agenda 21’s goals of “sustainable development” and “communitarianism.”

Redevelopment agencies get the land by condemning large tracts of residential or commercial land. Private property rights are tossed aside as lands labeled as “blighted” can be taken by city, county, state and federal governments. Kelo v. New London, decided by the Supreme Court in 2005, firmly established the precedent that government has the right to take our property “from unwilling owners in return for just compensation.” The Kelo land in the eminent domain case was seized in order to allow Pfizer to build a $300 million dollar research facility on the site. Pfizer, however, later decided against its plans to develop the Fort Trumbell residential area. The site remains today a “blighted” agricultural “dump” occupied by feral cats, weeds and agricultural waste. The seizure of the properties and the subsequent bull-dozing of its homes and buildings cost local taxpayers more than $78 million dollars.

The public outcry over the Supreme Court’s affront to private property rights continues today while Obama’s EPA, the WHRC, the DOE and NASA team up to promote Agenda 21’s objectives.

An excellent example of the EPA “gone postal” is the recent case Mark Hyman brought to light on October 6, 2011 at his behindtheheadlines.net web site. One of the most disturbing stories on Mark’s site describes a Priest Lake, Idaho couple’s fight with the EPA and the U.S. court system. All they wanted was to use their $23,000 piece of scenic property to build their legally permitted dream home. The EPA, however, arbitrarily designated their land as “wetlands.” The property is not even on the EPA’s list of wetlands and yet the EPA has fined them more than $40 million dollars ($37,500 per day) to date for not returning the property to “its original condition.” The Sacketts have lost their court battles all the way through the lower courts where they were told “they have no right to challenge the EPA decision and fines.” The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that EPA actions “are immune from judicial review.” Federal courts have teamed up with the EPA in allowing the arbitrary seizure of private lands. Fortunately for the Sacketts, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case.

The EPA recently raised its propaganda flag as it stooped to the indoctrination of our children with its Endangered Species Coloring Book entitled “Save Our Species.” Some of the species in the coloring book are neither threatened nor endangered. The EPA mailed thousands of unsolicited copies to homes across America, many of them delivered to homes without children. Postage for the propaganda piece, available for free on the Internet and pushed as science curriculum at public schools across the nation cost taxpayers more than $1 per piece to mail.

The principles and objectives of Agenda 21 are also being pushed by the Department of Education which has teamed up with NASA to indoctrinate our elementary school children in the importance of “communitarianism.” They are being told (á la Al Gore) that adults are threatening to destroy our planet. Reasonable people should consider “tiny houses” and dormitory style living in “islands of human habitation” reserved by the government. They are being told that these “reasonable” government suggestions will “save the planet.” A great example of this scare tactic propagandizing our children can be found at NASA’s ‘Climate Kids’ web site.

We are, in fact, in the final push of the end game for the UN’s Agenda 21. The “Occupy Wall Street” movement takes the world government initiative to the 5-yard-line with a first-and-ten to go. The well-paid actors hired by government operatives and supporters (George Soros) of our current administration recruited a great quarterback when they signed Barack Obama as their quarterback. He is now attempting to score the game-winning “touchdown” that will cripple America. It will rocket us into the future of a Third World country where people can no longer survive on their own merits. Generous subsidies from the New World Order will keep us confined to the government provided domiciles of “communitarian” habitation. The age-old American dream of owning a piece of land and a private home of your own will become a long-forgotten memory of the past. George Orwell’s 1984 will have arrived and man’s future will die in a world of stagnant dependency.

The capitalism that built America will lie buried beneath the rubble and trash left behind by an unruly crowd of paid actors, lazy students who were once supported by wealthy parents, and union sympathizers who were once living off the doles of rich pension plans paid for by taxpayers and the corporations that built this great country.

The lapdog media and our “progressive” politicians cheer the motives of the “Occupy Wall Street” demonstrators as they litter the streets and attempt to shut down the cogs that drive the gears of our economy. President Obama supports the movement and talks of taking from the rich in the name of “communitarianism.” He underhandedly uses the EPA, the WHRC, the DOE, NASA and the lower courts along with taxpayer dollars to usurp our 5th Amendment rights to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He proclaims respect for the Constitution as he takes property” without “the due process of law.”

President Obama then asks, in a bitter twist of irony, the same Wall Street and corporate capitalists he castigates in public to support his re-election bid in 2012. He wines and dines them as he begs them for money and support.

Obama’s game-winning “touchdown” in Agenda 21’s end “game” can only be scored if our goal-line defense breaks down. America cannot afford to see him accept another unearned Nobel Peace Prize trophy. A trophy presentation on January 20, 2013 would mean the end to America’s long string of entrepreneurial championships and the end of our constitutionally guaranteed rights of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and property.

Buck up, BIG Defense!

We’ve got to STOP him with a HUGE loss in November.

Vote in November and DENY Obama his golden “trophy!”

It’s time for America to run once again,

with OUR football (the Constitution) held firmly in OUR hands.
