Manhattan residents are frozen in fear. Reports have circulated that two Montauk monsters have escaped their old island home less than two miles off the coast of Long Island. Three terrified early morning surfers called 911 Monday morning to report seeing two albino “raccoon-like pigs” emerge from the water at the southern tip of Ditch Plains Beach and swim ashore. The ghoulish creatures were said to be wearing collars that “reflected the orange light of the rising sun.” The surfers, claiming to be regulars at the beach and residents of East Hampton, told the Montauk PD that the monsters disappeared into the grass covered dunes a couple of minutes after hitting the beach. The only surfer on the beach when the Montauk monsters came ashore said she saw orange bio hazard tags hanging from their collars.
Last week marked the 4th anniversary of a similar event at the same Ditch Plains Beach near Montauk, New York. On July 12, 2008 an ugly “raccoon-like pig” from the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) washed onto the quiet surfing beach owned by East Hampton residents. Those brave enough to venture out and examine the sea-battered, hairless body have never forgotten its “alien-like” deformities. Sleepless nights and terrifying nightmares have permanently etched the ugly photos into their sleep starved brains:
“The bloated, leathery corpse was unlike any animal they had ever seen before. It was an almost hairless creature except for a couple of thickly covered goiter-like protrusions from its neck. Its beak, its claws, its razor sharp canines and its large almond-shaped eyes made it look like an alien from outer space.”
Heads turned quickly away from the ugly image permanently etched into the observers’ memories. People left the scene with hands held to their mouths trying to suppress the retching response to the stench. Some just couldn’t hold it back as they ran from the scene hurling their greasy breakfasts.
The terrified surfers told local police officers that they followed the two Montauk monsters into the dunes far enough to determine that they were heading West. Professional trackers arrived on the scene a short time after the police report was filed but they left almost immediately with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials who had beaten them to the scene. DHS said something about a move to Manhattan, Kansas where a BSL-4 National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility(NBAF) is scheduled to be built. Questions were tossed at the government officials as they left, but none of them would answer or comment.
The still shaking surfers and the curious crowd rushed home to their computers seeking the answers our government refused to give them.
The frightening truth will be revealed in coming sleeplessandtired.com posts.
Stay tuned for the shocking follow-up posts which will keep Manhattan’s residents
sleepless, tired . . .
. . . and
. . . frozen in fear.
Manhattan residents once thought that tornadoes were their worst nightmare,
but those “worry-free” days have come and gone.
DHS and the new National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) will keep them wide awake and wondering about the coming Montauk monsters (???) and their new biological manipulators.
